Dear Lila and the Heliotopos Staff,
Ron and I have just finished our Mediterranean cruise on Friday and have just arrived back in Toronto yesterday.
Today, we were looking at our lovely wedding pictures and felt nostalgic as we reminisce of our beautiful wedding day in Santorini.Our family truly enjoyed themselves at our wedding and during our tour to Pyrgos Village and Santos Winery.
Our wedding would not have been possible without your professional coordination and attention to details. Thank you for making our special day a very memorable one! Thank you for answering all our questions from our numerous detailed emails the last two months, for being very patient with our special requests and for accommodating our last minute changes!
Our wedding was as perfect as we had envisioned it! If we could do it all over, there would be almost nothing that we would change except for hiring the photographer for the full day, so that he can take pictures of our tour as well. We absolutely love our pictures! We are very happy to see all our special moments captured in beautiful pictures. Please thank the photographer for capturing the style and poses that we requested. We also very much appreciated that all the pictures were finished, placed in an album and delivered with the CD of all our pictures before we headed back on the cruise the same day. Our family looked at the pictures the very same night on the cruise and we were all in mesmerized. My mom showed our album to other travellers on the cruise. You will definitely have more business and referrals from us!
We hope to have our renewal of the vows at Heliotopos Hotel in a few years:)

We want to send our heartfelt love, best wishes and thank you to you, Vanda, Yiota and Rena and all other staff for everything you did to make our wedding and stay at the Heliotopos Hotel in June 07 so amazingly magical and special.
The choice of which wedding planner to go with was so important especially as everything had to be managed at a distance, but out of all the wedding planners in Santorini, I knew you were the right one for us as you always responded quickly, professionally and informatively even before we had chosen Heliotopos Weddings. Then after we met you in person a few months before the wedding, I knew everything would be in safe hands. This made the run up to the wedding completely stress free and I can’t underestimate how important this was.
The day itself was truly amazing. Even before the wedding ceremony itself, I felt so special because of the little things that you organised on the day – the way the bed was dressed, the flowers and wine in the room. The venue is so beautiful and all our requirements were included perfectly – our choice of music, food, cake, flowers and what we wanted to happen and when on the day. Equally though, there were a number of great suggestions from yourself that we are so pleased we went with – the reading by yourself and also the cake fillings – so delicious! We are so glad we chose to have the ceremony and reception at the Heliotopos as opposed to anywhere else in Santorini. The photos of the lava cave on your website do not do it justice and was perfect for the meal. The food and service were absolutely excellent and the whole wedding party was looked after so well. Our guests remarked on how genuinely you cared about ensuring everything was just right for us.
The photos are fantastic – big thanks to George for these, he did a great job and looking at them brings it all back.
We will never forget you and our wonderful time at the Heliotopos and we look forward to seeing you when we next return to Santorini.

just wanted to let you know that we are back in boston after spending 5 days on the italian riviera for our honeymoon. even though we enjoyed it a lot, we still had santorini in our hearts and minds!
thank you again for organizing our wedding, it was truly wonderful!!! we could not have asked for a more memorable and enjoyable event, and all our guests have been telling us how much they really enjoyed it. i guess that means we'll be headed there for our renewal of vows in the future :)))

Hi Lila,
John and I wanted to say thank you so very much to you, Yiota, Despina and Vanda for all of the endless communication and hard work you provided us over the past year in planning our wedding. We had the best time at your hotel and the wedding turned out beautifully, I am fairly picky and there is nothing I would have changed. After we left Santorini we headed out on a cruise that took us to other Greek isles as well as up the coast of Italy ending in Rome for a few days…I have to say that you and your staff were by far the highlight of our trip. Everyone keeps asking “what was your favorite place you visited” and without question it is Santorini at the Heliotopos Hotel, not just because it is where we were married, but also because everything about our visit there was perfect. I told John that we needed to start saving up now so we could come back for our 5th anniversary and really stay in Santorini and get the full experience of the island. I can’t tell you enough how great it was to be at the Heliotopos with such a wonderful and caring staff, every place we stayed after we left was compared to the Heliotopos and none came close to the ambiance and graciousness of the staff there. Please extend my gratitude to the photographer as the pictures are so amazing, every time I look at them I can’t believe that is actually us in such a beautiful place. He did such an amazing job and we were so glad he was able to capture the day so perfectly.
We were so lucky to have found your website and work with you to make our wedding day perfect. Thank you just does not seem like enough for all you and all the other staff at Heliotopos have done. I know that you plan countless weddings each year; however you somehow managed to make me feel like you were only planning mine- for me that is the definition of excellence. I could not have asked for a better place to be married- we definitely picked the right place :)
We are still going through pictures of our trip but I did find one of John and I with you and Vanda. I will send it as soon as I can get the pictures organized. I hope you are having a great summer, by the looks of the website it seems you have all been very busy since we left. :)
Thank you again for all of your hard work and dedication, we will definitely be back someday and can’t wait to catch up!
